Motivation and Vision for Quality Care
Parmjit’s primary reason for wanting to open a domiciliary care company stems from his personal experience, both as a service user and from personal experiences caring for loved ones. Over more recent years, he has been in receipt of care services from several home care providers, noting both their strengths and weaknesses; deeply understanding the common shortfalls, frustrations and challenges that many service users experience. He aims to address these shortcomings and offer service users a significantly higher quality of care, prioritising quality over quantity, and appreciating everyone’s individual personal preferences, wants and wishes.
Parmjit is deeply passionate about this endeavour and truly making a positive impact on people’s lives, channelling his more challenging experiences into positives through supporting and helping others. He remains at the heart of Bespoke 2U Homecare, actively leading and directing the business, as well as coaching and supporting his team to better understand people’s needs, worries and the little things that make the biggest difference. As part of on-going service delivery, Parmjit plans to visit service users regularly to spend time with them; have meaningful conversations and share how he motivated himself to recover; as well as quality assure the level of care his team are providing. His goal is to bring a smile to people’s faces and provide genuine companionship, as well as a truly ethical and bespoke service like no other.

We Care for Our Carers
Bespoke 2U Homecare understands that our carers will do an excellent job in their service if they are happy and confident in their abilities. As a result, training is an essential part of our carer induction process. We offer all new staff an induction training course, and they all come back for an annual update. They also receive specialist training throughout their time with us.
We have a specialist carer support team who can offer assistance, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should it be required.
